To be able to do this correctly you will have to have a very good understanding about how the market for your particular job works and what things are needed and wanted by the consumers that will become your new customers.

When things happen in the economy that could make a negative impact then you should have ideas and suggestions on ways to get your company through the downfall. If the happenings will lead to positive things for the company then you should have ideas on how to take advantage of it and make a larger profit for the company.

Leading your team to success will require jobs sales experience as you sell your ideas to your team. If you are a professional that is always concerned about doing well for the company that you are working for then the role of business manager may be the right fit for you. If you are skilled in the art of communication and presentations and love a good challenge then this position will make you happy for many years to come. Go ahead, put in your resume.
