As a marketing manager who deals with business development jobs of the company's products and services, the most powerful method that he can apply is advertising. Definitely, the purpose of advertising is to attract buyers, promote the products and services and hereby may increase its marketing sales. Business marketing manager jobs include planning, researching, creating, producing, and placing ads for clients who make or have products or services to sell. They appeal to the public through newspaper and magazine ads, radio and television commercials, and outdoor displays to patronize their products and services of the company.

In the early years, jobs in business development of a certain product were already observed to have been practiced. With increased competition among new business establishments, advertising has become vital. The advertising worker's job also has grown more complex as the means of advertising become more numerous in newspapers, magazines, posters, billboards, radio, and television. Today, advertising is a necessity in the marketing of mass-produced goods and product development. Advertising informs many people of what is for sale, where, at what price, and why they should buy it.

In a business manager development employment, there are a number of major categories of advertising workers. Job descriptions may differ for each worker, although they do have a correlation in their work. Large advertising agencies may employ hundreds of people to work in a dozen different departments, while small agencies may have a handful of employees whose responsibilities cover more than one aspect of the work. Most agencies, however, have at least five departments: contact, planning, and marketing; research and development media; creative; and production which are working together as a team to achieve the company's target mission..

On the other hand, research and development directors conduct local, regional, or national surveys to determine potential sales for the product or service offered and gather information about competitors' products, prices, sales, and methods of advertising in order to increase their sales business development jobs.. They use this information to study the client's product and to determine how it may be used to best advantage. To find the advantage and disadvantages of a client's product in relation to competing products, samples are often distributed to a segment of the public. Later, the users of these samples are asked their opinion of the product. This information may be used immediately to find the most convincing selling theme or later as testimonials for the product. With the available information on purchasing power, buying habits, and preferences of people, research directors can help determine how, when, and where the client's product might be introduced to the public through business development job through advertising.
