u003cpu003eThe Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for creating value for our Farmers and Customers, by delivering volume, share and margin growth, through executing Darigoldu0026rsquo;s brand and business development plans, to include, but are not limited to: develop business opportunities and extend reach with Darigold AFH Operator touch points in the state of OR and parts of CA, driving the Branded business within our customer base, while strengthening our footprint. This role will manage Operator relationships. Segments include but are not limited to: Regional Restaurant Chains, Cu0026amp;U, Healthcare, Bu0026amp;I, u0026amp; K-12. This role will be responsible for meeting sales and profit objectives as outlined in the Annual Plan while building brand equity across the PNW.u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eAs a member of the Consumer Products team, the BDM will work in a matrix structure, reporting to the Leader of AFH Sales. To be successful, the BDM will demonstrate the ability to be customer focused, action oriented, and tenacious. This role also requires creativity, drive, customer savvy, organizational agility, analytical agility, business acumen and alignment with Darigoldu0026rsquo;s values to maximize success across branded and private label packaged goods, and ingredients. u0026nbsp;u003c/pu003enu003cpu003eThe BDM will focus upon retaining and growing branded and private label business across multiple Operators that purchase from a variety of Distributors in the PNW. To be successful the BDM must demonstrate the ability to get things done through collaboration with Commercial Development, Business Development, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, and teammates.
