The Business Development Specialist is responsible for marketing, program development, physician relations and management of both internal and external activities. Develop positive relationships between BSLMC, urgent care, free standing EDs and EMS agencies. 2. Serve as a liaison between EMS and BSLMC by providing reports and statistics to facility leadership. 3. Collaborate with local EMS agencies and medical directors, review performance improvement and quality metrics. 4. Align strategic and business planning initiatives and assist in the development and implementation of the hospital business plan. Provide market expertise and strategic development, modification, feedback and implementation ensuring growth priorities are identified in the service line. 5.
