Proposals Coordinator

Profile

Interviewing and working with attorneys to produce, draft and/or update content that can be utilized in formal and informal proposals

Working with attorneys and as part of a team to compile responses to formal RFPs, including gathering and formatting information, drafting and revising content, and preparing the final submission of the response within the client’s stated time period

Collaborating with other members of Business Development to create and update compelling content that results in a polished product that reflects the firm’s brand

Monitoring and tracking results of RFP responses, proposals and pitches to identify trends, provide analysis and ensure continuous process improvement

Working with attorneys and practice groups to continuously revise and/or update content on the firm’s website, including service descriptions, representative experience and bios

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience, preferably writing in a law firm, professional services or in a business publication environment

Must have excellent writing and editing skills, organizational skills, and a demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines and deliver quality work product

Must be highly professional, dedicated, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Capable of thriving in an intense, client service environment, with an ability to manage competing priorities by demonstrating strong project and time management skills

Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills and the ability to inspire confidence are essential
