\u003cp\u003eAkerman LLP, a leading U.S. law firm, is seeking a Client Development Coordinator. The ideal locations for this position are Tampa, Chicago, Washington, D.C. The Client Development Coordinator supports the firm\u0026rsquo;s Senior Client Development Managers in implementing programs that support practice group business plans and enhance the business and the reputation of the firm. The incumbent will successfully assist in managing multiple competing priorities within a matrix environment and establish solid working relationships with diverse key stakeholders across multiple offices.\u0026nbsp;\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cp\u003eResponsibilities include:\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cul\u003e
\u003cli\u003eWorking with lawyers and client development colleagues to implement client development, marketing, and communications plans to support practice group goals.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eDeveloping client-specific presentations, proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and other client-facing materials.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eMaintaining experience database for assigned practice group.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eCreating practice submissions for directories, databases, and other publications as needed.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAssisting with the execution of sponsorships and client events.\u003c/li\u003e
\u003c/ul\u003e
\u003cp\u003eRequirements:\u003c/p\u003e
\u003cul\u003e
\u003cli\u003e1-2 years of business development and marketing experience in a professional services organization\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003ePrevious law firm experience highly desired\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eExcellent verbal and written communications skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eStrong organizational skills\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eAbility to work independently and efficiently under tight deadlines\u003c/li\u003e
\u003cli\u003eProficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\u003c/li\u003e
