\u003cp\u003e\u0026bull; Responsible for timely and accurate tracking and reporting of key business development metrics, using various firm tools including Microsoft Dynamics, Excel, and PPT. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Support the execution of business development lead generation campaigns by identifying, reporting, qualifying and communicating with leads (both internal and external). \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Conduct research on clients and prospective clients and produce competitive intelligence reports, using various firm tools including Monitor Suite, LinkedIn, and partnering with the Case Intelligence and Knowledge Management teams. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Partner with the innovation sales team to transition newly acquired clients from sales to the implementation team. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Provide support to team members related to growth initiatives, such as: farming existing accounts, identifying \u0022at-risk\u0022 accounts, and tracking engagement renewals. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Provide support to team members related to the promotion of innovation and maintenance of sales tools and collateral. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Perform such other/additional duties as may from time to time be assigned.\u003cbr /\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003c/strong\u003e\u003c/p\u003e

\u003cp\u003e\u0026bull; Strong ability to multi-task and work independently while participating as a team member.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Strong ability to clearly communicate and collaborate professionally with team members, other firm departments, attorneys, and outside vendors.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint. \u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Knowledge of sales-focused CRM \u0026amp; pipeline management software.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Demonstrated ability to collect, track, and disseminate key sales information; and ability to spot data errors and go back to sources to confirm or edit key information.\u003cbr /\u003e\u0026bull; Demonstrated ability to coordinate all aspects of marketing and brand-related inquiries.\u003c/p\u003e
