The Strategic Manager, Business Development will support the Health Market Sector Director(s) in the overall development of appropriate strategies for business development for the health market sector, dissemination of said strategies at the global, regional and local level, and measurement of the implemented strategies for understanding successes and opportunities for realignment.  Responsibilities:Business Development Strategy•Work with the Health Market Sector Director(s) to identify priorities, strategies and associated target clients locally, regionally, and globally.•Support development of health sector business development priorities and strategies through research, market trend analysis, competitor analysis, assessment and application of predictive analytics, network building, etc. •Support the Health Market Sector Director(s) in establishing first draft fee goals, metrics aligned with fee goals, and ongoing tracking of developed metrics locally, regionally, and globally.•Liaise with AMS (Pursuits Principal and Health Pursuits Manager) to communicate processes to health marketers and pursuit specialists.•Participate/support strategy reviews for GNG •Be a resource for Pursuit Specialists, when necessary, for strategic pursuits providing guidance where required, leadership, for successful implementation of strategies. •Support and coordinate initiatives directly related to business development.Pursuit Accountability / Reporting•Annual Market Sector Planning (NFB Goals) – work with Strategic Market Sector Manager and Market Sector Director(s) on the annual NFB planning.•Dashboards – collaborate with Market Sector Director(s) and AMS to develop standardized reports to include bookings vs. goals, pursuit volume, costs vs. budgets, hit rate, top pursuits, planned vs. actual marketing pursuits expenses, etc. •CRM/Fee Forecasting – Review/coordinate CRM Data with Pursuits Specialist and analyze fee forecast to identify trends.•Performance Reporting – Track Marketing Budget Performance by Individual/Region and NFB Performance by Individual/Region, data trends, etc.•Debriefs (from client) – Develop and execute a consistent process to collect debrief data from Pursuit Specialists. Analyze debrief data for trends, opportunities for improvement, etc. to better inform future strategies.Market Awareness / Trends•Data Collection / Analysis - Manage the Data Collection and Analysis for Market Trends•Strategic Marketing Summits – Coordinate with Health Program leaders to plan the objectives, implementation, logistics and follow up for annual Strategic Marketing meetings.Program Infrastructure •Monthly Reports – Work directly with Program Director(s) to provide regular reports about global, regional, and local pursuit activity and progress.•Client Distribution Lists – Create a process (in collaboration with AMS) for developing a global, regional, and local approach to client distribution lists as well as a process for keeping this list accurate and current. Provide oversight to the Senior Administrator in maintaining and/or obtaining client contact information.   Additional Responsibilities•Strategic Program Initiatives – Support the Strategic Market Sector Manager as necessary.•Special Events/Colloquia – Support the Strategic Market Sector Manager as necessary.•Internal Calls/Meetings – Support the Strategic Market Sector Manager with Kickoff Calls/Meetings, Internal Market Sector Call/Meetings, and Regional Calls/Meetings.•Sector presentations – Support the Strategic Market Sector Manager and Market Sector Director(s) to develop content for special/specific presentations such as road shows, acquisition presentation. Liaise with AMS as necessary. •Onboarding - Support the Strategic Market Sector Manager with onboarding new health staff.*LI-KV1','!*!Required Qualifications:•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or closely related field. •8 years relevant experience•Experience in business development focused role in AEC industry. Healthcare industry experience a plus.•Ability to motivate and inspire others at all levels and with diverse personalities•Strong organizational and project management skills.•Strong communication skills•Ability to think strategically and evaluate opportunities, define strategic targets and overall communications, and design and implement plans that achieve established targets•Possess analytical thinking and decisive judgment skills•Must be willing to travel •An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a must
