QuantiTech is currently seeking a\u00a0 Corporate Communications Coordinator \/ Business Development Assistant to join our team in\u00a0 Huntsville, AL. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Corporate Communications Activities: Coordinate and strengthen company communication efforts with employees Collaborate with company stakeholders to research, compose and communicate messages\/information to internal and external audiences Plan, design, and coordinate the layout of the company's monthly newsletter Assist in managing digital and social media publication Contribute to the development and preparation of marketing material Support company event planning and promote employee engagement and participation Assist maintaining company event calendar Other duties as assigned Business Development Support Activities: Support Business Development activities using organization and writing skills. Edit documents for content and flow. Collect and organize business development information for company proposal library. Provide technical editing support for proposal documents and requests for information Assist with responses to Government Request for Proposals (RFPs), Task Order Request for Quotes (TORFQ), Sources Sought, and other requests for information. Assist Business Development Staff and Proposal Managers in the overall development of customer specific responses. Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:\u00a0 Entry level with Bachelor's degree Journalism, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Public Administration, English, Education, Liberal Arts, or other closely related discipline 2 to 5 years prior work experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communications skills Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices, and procedures in writing and editing communications\/publications is also required. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills Excellent interpersonal skills required. Experience operating a front desk or switchboard a plus.
