Have you been successful in identifying potential customers, overcoming customer concerns, closing deals and signing merchants? OneMain is looking for Business Development Managers to increase sales in the branch network. The Business Development Managers will be responsible for transferring knowledge and equipping the Branch Network to maximize Auto Product sales and increase Merchant Referral production. The position will require approximately 80% travel. A company vehicle will be provided. If this opportunity sounds like a match for your experience and accomplishments, we want to talk with you. The right candidate will be responsible to build business through OneMain branches in all of Florida and 3 districts in Georgia. The successful candidate residing and able to travel throughout this region may not need to relocate. Position Description The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing Auto Product and Merchant Referral sales opportunities for the Branch Network. The role will be responsible for developing a strategy to increase Auto Product sales through unique opportunities while developing strong relationships with Branch and Centralized personnel to meet or exceed sales goals. Responsibilities include: Work with the branch network and equip branches with the \u201cknow how\u201d to identify an Auto Product customer, source leads and close the sale. Work with the branch network to equip branches with the \u201cknow how\u201d to identify potential merchants, source leads, sign merchants and build lasting relationships. Host ongoing training and development of Branch personnel to increase their Auto Product and Merchant Referral sales opportunities through a variety of media (Loop Up, Skype, video conference and face to face sessions) Establish relationships with both Branch and Centralized personnel. Transfer key knowledge to the branch network personnel to drive Auto Product sales growth. Maintain a high level of automotive lending and merchant referral product knowledge. Maintain awareness of company policies, procedures, federal and state laws, as well as, provide guidance to employees to ensure compliance. Monitor competitive activity and trends within the automotive lending market and formulate competitive solutions to meet or exceed sales goals. Foster a high energy, high performing team culture with exemplary customer service standards. Coach, develop and train team members. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Minimum Requirements: Associate\u2019s Degree or higher 3 (Three) or more years of Lending Sales experience Preferred Requirements: Advanced oral and written communication skills Advanced Interpersonal communication skills Possess strong influencing and negotiation skills to work with internal and external resources Ability to lead and develop employees Proven sales results, able to overcome objections and close deals Strong Auto Product and Merchant Referral knowledge COMPENSATION: OneMain offers an excellent compensation package including a competitive base pay with additional incentives and bonuses.
