We have an exciting opportunity to join the team responsible for managing our premier product line electromechanical testing systems.
The primary responsibilities of the Marketing Strategist is to deliver the Instron message when and how customers want it and drive business strategy. This requires working closely with cross functional teams throughout the go to market process and sales cycle, developing and implementing content and marketing plans in global and regional markets. This individual is expected to be a creative and self-directed with responsibility in an assigned geographical territory. Travel amounts will vary depending on the need, but could involve anything from day trips to 10-day international excursions. Expect travel to represent up to 10% of work time.
Successful candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in marketing or business with some relevant commercial marketing experience. Additional requirements include:
A strong understanding of current direct marketing channels.
A passion for building strong customer relationships and business development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and have a proven track record of thriving in a team environment.
Strong copywriting, copyediting, and proofreading skills for print and design copy with an emphasis on verbal presentation of concepts.
Ability to deliver results through exceptional project management skills and natural leadership capabilities.
