SUMMARY Working with our Commercial Customer Support Services Business Development Team (\u201cBD Team\u201d), this position will participate in developing new processes for the Customer Support Services team as well as assist in developing new product development processes. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Support Business Development (\u201cBD\u201d) by: 1. Performing market research and macroeconomic data analysis for various projects as requested 2. Improving, standardizing and maintaining business processes and reporting 2. Support execution of new product development (\NPD\) by: 1. Perform data analysis on frequently ordered parts to develop a kitting program 2. Identify process for continued kitting going forward 3. Develop, maintain and use standard work instructions for new product development team processes 4.
