Job Description and Responsibilities:
The responsibility of the Business Development Representative is to solicit and acquire new business along with servicing new and existing accounts. Perform all sales and service functions for the targeted markets to qualify potential clients through prospecting, cold calls, marketing calls, networking events, relationship building, etc.
Become proficient in the knowledge of potential client opportunities in the assigned sales territory through prospecting, marketing, cold calling and networking
Manage territory effectively to keep current with all competitor and market knowledge of potential clients
Meet and exceed established weekly sales objectives
Secure new accounts and expand business with existing accounts
Demonstrate the ability to be a consultative resource for potential clients through research of industry trends and relationship building
Assess and define client needs and a plan of action to offer staffing solutions
Ability to negotiate sales contracts and oversee new account implementation
Maintain accurate and current profiles for all potential clients utilizing Salesforce
Work closely with recruiters and branch office to ensure all client’s needs and expectations are met
Maintain a team spirit by being available to support the recruiters and the branch as needed
Provide exceptional customer service as a representative of TMD Staffing
