The Senior Specialist will receive a generous total compensation package. Bonuses are awarded in recognition of individual and firm performance. The Senior Specialist will have the unique opportunity to join our growing and innovative CPI practice, working with practice leadership and key stakeholders in advancing the practice’s strategic growth in key markets, industries and products across the globe. You will collaborate with partners and business development teams across the firm to:

Understand the clients of the CPI practice (which includes a variety of telecommunications, data privacy/security, consumer protection, and copyright litigation and counseling matters) to help deepen relationships and grow the firm’s business

Analyze the practice's market share in relevant practice areas and identify areas of opportunity and targeted growth

Identify market trends to assist the development of strategic plans and client targeting efforts

Develop an understanding of our competitors and their offerings globally

Identify prospective clients and new business opportunities

Disseminate client, market, and practice developments and trends to the global department and firm

Support the execution of practice group meetings and retreats

In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a strategic adviser to the partnership and business development department and collaborate with teams across departments and offices. The ideal candidate will display strong analytical skills to comprehend and communicate data, demonstrate professional interpersonal skills to interact effectively with people at all organizational levels of the firm, and show good understanding and judgement to recommend sound decisions.

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field is required, as well as a minimum of four (4) years of related subject matter experience and related analytical experience. A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience working within Litigation and/or Regulatory practice areas is desired. Travel is required of this position.
