Then we\u2019re looking for you! We are seeking a\u00a0Business Development Representative to help take Spry Squared\u00a0to the next level. As a BDM, you are\u00a0responsible for aggressively prospecting, identifying, qualifying and developing the sales pipeline. This role is the first step in the selling process, and presents the first impression of Spry Squared\u00a0to our prospective customers. We\u2019re seeking highly professional, enthusiastic \u2018hunters\u2019 with a sales orientation and a drive to succeed. Essential Job Functions: Aggressively identify qualified sales opportunities in enterprise accounts Interact with benefactors, application architects and designers, and business decision makers via telephone and email Update lead and prospect activity in CRM to ensure effective lead management Obtain thorough knowledge of the prospect\u2019s potential use cases, while identifying the business outcomes to which Spry Squared will align. Work closely with VP of Professional Services to understand the territory and the plans to grow the customer base Nurture early phase opportunities for future pipeline potential. Qualify marketing leads and make introductory appointments for account executives Achieve or exceed all monthly and quarterly qualified opportunity quotas Qualifications Must have IT services \/ Professional services Sales Excellent knowledge\u00a0of IT\u00a0sales development\u00a0best practices; successful\u00a0track record of account research and discovery\u00a0 A team player with a positive outlook and high energy 2 \u00a0years of IT Sales and Lead Generation experience, with track record of meeting and preferably exceeding targeted goals, is highly preferred. Proven track record of exceeding measurable goals in a highly automated metrics based phone and email-based sales environment Possess the ability\u00a0to confidentially navigate through all levels of an organization Prior use of a CRM and web conferencing tools such as Skype, Go-to-Meeting or WebEx a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills\u00a0 Bachelors degree preferred\u00a0 Additional Information All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
