In this role, you have the opportunity to

Works, as a as a Sales/Business Development specialist, on the development of the medium term medical sales/business development policy for their portfolio, and processes results into a vision/roadmap.

You are responsible for

Formulates new sales/business development solutions by integral, original thinking and adds new sales/business development concepts/elements to their sub discipline.

Combines abstract ideas at a high conceptual level, and generates new types of solutions.

Formulates, as a recognized authority in sales/business development, solutions across multiple disciplines to effectively achieve goals together.

Builds and actively networks with key contacts in- and outside Philips for their specialism to keep abreast of new developments/insights.

May lead multi-disciplinary change projects, managing a significant number of people.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

Typically requires a Master’s degree

Must live in the state of Florida

60% travel required for the role, typically within the state of Florida (company car)

Must have deep understanding of healthcare sales experience working within hospitals and clinics

Excellent communication skills and experience communicating with C-suite executives and clinicians

5 years of related experience in sales/business development within the healthcare field

Distinctive is a high degree of original, out of the box thinking, needed to find solutions to the assignments.
