The successful candidate will manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customers. This sales role will build relationships and understand customers’ business to provide appropriate products or solutions. Defining the growth strategies within a territory, for key customers or accounts and /

or channel partners while aligning the strategies to critical business objectives. Additionally, the seller will identify opportunities and build credibility with customers utilizing product knowledge to deliver appropriate value propositions.

Primary Responsibilities

Increase overall performance of the organization by creating strong customer relationships and new customer partnerships within your organization

Develop and maximize Honeywell presence and market share in designated accounts and territory

Drive continuous improvement and lead change in a premiere SalesOrganization

Develop long-term customer relationships with assigned accounts.

Partner with other Honeywell team members to maximize the customer opportunity.

Utilize CRM and estimating tools effectively to estimate and track opportunity lifecycle.

Strong customer management skills.

Keep manager informed of sales progress and market landscape changes.

YOU MUST HAVE

Associate's degree

Minimum of 2 years of B2B Sales Experience

Valid driver's license

Ability to relocate if necessary

Ability to handle multiple priorities and navigate in a highly matrixed environment

Experience in a Sales/Account Management related field

Excellent communication skills Strong Presentation Skills

Self-Starter

Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
