Job Description Summary The Sr. Team Performance Manager ( located in the Western region of the US ) serves as the West Region customer team financial controller and ensures team performance goals are met within the established DSMPA guidelines. The role advises the Region Director of risks and opportunities within the business to maximize customer results, and maintains customer team scorecards. Key internal interfaces are extensive and include the following: Director, Regional Sales Managers, Category Sales Planning Managers, the Business Development Manager, Finance counter-parts, Supply Chain counter-parts, Broker Partners and Customers. The individual will be responsible for leading sales planning activities, reporting and sales planning tool deployment and management and for TPM tool utilization and optimization. This position may require up to 20% business travel.
