\r\rPosition Description:\r\rBusiness Development\rManager represents the Facial Aesthetics product portfolio to targeted\raesthetic customers within a designated geographical area. Responsible for\rcreating product acceptance and enhancing portfolio growth through business\rdevelopment activities. The BDM provides technical product and procedure\rexpertise as well as competitive product differentiation. Assigned sales goals\rare obtained through creative, consultative selling and implementation of the\rU.S. Sales/Marketing plan.  The company offers flexible career paths with a\rstrong emphasis on opportunity for internal mobility.\r\rMain Areas of\rResponsibilities\rThe Business Development Manager (BDM) leverages\rAllergan Medical resources to enhance adoption of the Facial Aesthetics\rPortfolio.  Synergistically works and coordinates activities\rwith other Allergan sales personnel and support teams (include, but are not\rlimited to, facial aesthetics, breast aesthetic, APCs, neurology, topical\raesthetics, medical dermatology, marketing, and other Allergan sales forces).  Complies with required reports, requests, and compliance policies  Effectively manages field assets and resources to include, but not\rlimited to, expense management, computer and other allocated equipment.\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\r\rEducation and Experience:\r
