Job Description Job Summary:
Coordinates marketing activities.
Responsibilities: Contacts prospective companies to determine client needs, identify decision makers, set appointments, and close sales.
Contacts current and prospective clients to market additional healthcare services.
Works cooperatively with provider personnel to expedite service delivery and ensure appropriate billing for services.Recommends and assists with the development of new or improved services.
Monitors and reports competitor activity including products\/services offered, pricing and delivery networks.Assists with the development of promotional materials.
Serves as a senior sales lead, assisting the Chief Development Officer with health system and other complex sales, developing and testing new sales strategies and advancing the mission of the Dispensary of Hope by expanding the charitable dispensing network.
Uses a data-driven approach to create and test new product and service lines from marketing, forecasting and prospecting to close of sale\/implementation handoff.
Develops and implements sales plans and forecasts, and achieves corporate objectives for products and services.
Forecasts accurate future sales and creates sales plans to adapt to constant shifts in the marketplace
Assists in guiding the Network Expansion Team as they research new markets outside of Dispensary of Hope to determine sales potential and an effective sales and marketing strategy inside the Dispensary of Hope current pipeline to introduce Dispensary of Hope programs.
Enhances team performance, accomplishment and competence by providing industry related education, developing and teaching improved sales processes and mentoring team members.
Identifies business opportunities by identifying, establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects.
Bachelor's Level Degree\u00a0Bachelor's Degree required MBA or MHA preferred
Five years of outside sales, marketing or relates experience in a business to business sales environment required.Eight years preferred.Prior track record of achievement in business development required.Experience in healthcare related fields preferred.Must be willing to travel 30% as needed.
