Job Requirements
The ideal Executive Administrator will possess experience in all\rof the following:\r\r \r An\r excellent background in business administration and generalist management\r skills\r \r \r Project\r Management Skills with the ability to track and manage large number of complex\r milestones and activities\r \r \r Good\r Writing skills\r \r \r Excellent\r Presentation skills\r \r \r Experience\r organizing meetings, agendas, and travel\r \r \r Able\r to ‘manage upwards’ to drive results and accountability from those charged with\r delivering\r \r \r Strong\r Follow-up Skills\r \r \r Social\r Media experience\r \r \r Computer\r & Internet Savvy\r \r \r Minimum\r 3 years Business Operations Experience\r \r \r Advanced\r skills in all Microsoft Office software (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)\r Personal Traits:\r \r \r Natural\r Leader with proven success track\r \r \r Business\r Savvy\r \r \r Organized\r Individual with High Attention to Detail\r \r \r Passionate\r self-starter who pushes to meet deadlines and expectations\r \r \r Able\r to handle multiple, differing responsibilities at one time and prioritize most\r important\r \r \r Lateral\r thinker able to see the bigger picture and confidently make business recommendations.\r \r \r Ability\r to sensitively handle confidential information \r \r \r Resourceful\r problem solver who can think outside the box\r The Executive Administrator will be responsible for managing\r projects, meetings, communication, and events for both the CEO and President.\r  \r Responsibilities will include:\r \r \r  Travel, Coordinate and Attend Key Meetings for\r Both CEO and President in South Florida\r \r \r In\r charge of following up on action plans after meetings and managing\r communication\r \r \r Ensure\r consistency and clear presentation as well as addressing proactively any issues\r ahead of key meetings \r \r \r Assist\r with a wide range of operational and executive responsibilities such as\r managing day to day office workflow, liaising between several executive offices\r and high-level external contacts.\r \r \r Review\r and coordinate a variety of projects\r \r \r Maintain\r heavy correspondence on behalf of CEO & President \r \r \r Create\r executive summaries and brief business owners on daily specific issues and\r projects \r \r \r Manage\r extensive travel and meeting schedule for the CEO& President including\r transportation, accommodations, agendas, and other such needs as they arise \r \r \r Develop\r and Maintain Key relationships\r \r \r Compose\r and manage correspondence dealing with issues or subject matter that is highly\r sensitive and confidential\r \r \r Coordinate\r events\r Requirements:\r \r\r\r \r Minimum\r 3 years Business Operation and Management Experience\r \r \r Bachelor’s\r Degree\r \r \r Strong\r Computer Skills\r \r \r Excellent\r communication skills\r \r \r Strong\r presentation skills\r \r \r Comfortable\r being measured and being held accountable for \r goals\r \r \r Experience\r with Social Media \r \r \r Proficient\r with all Microsoft Office programs\r Our team members enjoy a fun, collaborative team environment\r which includes:\r \r\r\r \r Monthly\r lunches with management team\r \r \r Celebrations\r and quarterly team member engagement events\r \r \r Peer\r recognition\r \r \r Company\r paid application training\r \r \r Opportunity\r for growth\r New Horizons and Florida Vocational Institute provide a very\r competitive compensation package, including 401(k) plan, health and dental\r benefits and free application training.
