You will be responsible for assisting the sales and marketing teams with sales qualifications and lead nurturing activities. This position plays a key role in the tracking and advancement of prospects to generate opportunities and close deals.


  • Respond to new prospects/requests (within one business day)
  • Send follow up emails and make phone calls to connect with prospect to qualify leads with a daily goal of making a minimum of 50 phone calls or emails
  • Identify prospects key attributes such as budget, need, authority and timeline
  • Outbound calling at Executive and/or influencer level
  • Schedule demo or meeting with sales team members
  • Use Salesforce to track lead activity
  • Manage leads as they are generated, assign appropriately, and track notes and stages accordingly
  • Ensure prospect is managed through all the stages of the sales cycle
  • Analyze buyer role and stage to share relevant content
  • Ability to use digital signals (ie: web activity) to find prospects
  • Using LinkedIn to source additional contacts and to connect to clients and prospects
  • Any other tasks as requested by Sales associated with communicating with prospects or customers to help grow the business
  • Build knowledge and understanding of product functionality, competitive landscape and differentiation


  • Bachelors Degree and 1-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing environment is preferred
  • Experience working in HR services (recruiting, payroll, benefits, etc) and/or fast-paced environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Salesforce and Hubspot (or other marketing automation system) is beneficial
  • Demonstrated ability to provide sales support
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Ability to probe with selling questions that lead prospects to pursue PrismHR
