Business Opportunity Manager (Renewable Energy Solutions)

Where You fit In

The Renewable & Energy Solutions (RES) group in Shell is focused on leading in the energy transition towards a low-carbon future through power / electrification, supporting our aim to power progress together through more and cleaner energy solutions. The RES Americas team is responsible for successfully establishing, operating and growing this business in region, with regional focus and accountability. The mission is to guide customers toward a better energy future, by enabling customer choice and by providing market-leading energy solutions.

The Portfolio Development within RESA team has two primary focuses (1) holding the integrated view of the Americas portfolio and how it is to grow coherently to meet ambitions via regional strategic action plans and (2) incubation of new business lines, specifically focusing currently on flexible generation as well as developing businesses that provide flexible demand/load for power. This role within the Portfolio Development team, therefore, focuses on supporting an integrated view of the portfolio, and delivering new opportunities aligned with strategic action plans in these areas.
