The Strategic Product Manager is responsible for analyzing the external market climate, developing product initiatives, understanding impactful financial metrics, and leading the implementation of new market/business opportunities in the commercial area. This position plays a key role in optimizing our product portfolio and developing a roadmap that aligns with the Company’s vision and strategy. This position is a key contributor to linking existing business and developing future growth.

What you'll do:

Work collaboratively with cross-functional Enterprise business partners to secure full understanding of product design, capabilities, and marketability, to include return on investment reviews.

Provide strategic roadmap insights for the leadership team, and develop a results driven product roadmap that aligns with Enterprise vision and targeted growth strategies.

Act as the product development lead for external partnership opportunities and strategic insights for commercial products.

Play a key role, representing the assigned product team on special projects in support of Enterprise initiatives, goals, and growth processes.

Develop and present as needed a full comprehension of the company’s financial models and revenue opportunities to support product initiative business cases.

Develop and maintain a landscape of products to be offered in the healthcare industry, while providing necessary communication to senior leadership on results at the local, regional, and national levels.

To be considered for this position, you must have:

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university with major course work in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, product development, financial

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted for this requirement.

Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate internally and externally to stakeholders.

The most qualified candidates will also possess the following:

Experience as a consultant

Deep knowledge of healthcare products or insurance industry

Experience developing new products and interacting with Senior Leadership
