You will be a key member of the small, highly functioning Honeywell Corporate Development (M&A) function at HON. You will be responsible for leading/supporting all aspects of acquisition and divestiture transactions, including joint ventures and alliances, for the promotion of Honeywell's growth objectives. You will be required to work with extensive cross-functional teams in the execution of duties. You will provide M&A guidance and process leadership to business segment teams in the field and have frequent contact with the CEO, CFO, General Counsel and Vice President, Strategy and Business Development.

Team with HON leadership to understand and develop strategic direction and acquisition/alliance priorities.

Provide comprehensive financial and strategic rationale to senior leaders with regards to target acquisitions, divestitures, and adjacencies

Be a strategic member of the HON Corporate Development team leading inorganic growth initiatives

20 Develop Acquisition Pipeline

20 Identify & Screen Potential Targets

20 Operational Due Diligence

20 Financial Due Diligence

20 Valuation Modeling


BS or BA in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or other relevant discipline.


Advanced degree (MS or MBA) is strongly preferred

Extensive experience in direct M&A transaction execution experience

Superior financial and analytical skills, including valuation methodologies

Strong communication skills (verbal and written),

Strong negotiation skills and a collaborative/team approach to execution

Solid judgment and influencing skills to provide impetus to ?廰⍛get deals done?廰⍛

Ability to deal with ambiguity, work within a cross functional team

Strong leadership skills, with proven ability to gain buy-in

Strategic insight into ?廰⍛corporate fit?廰⍛ of proposed trans.
