to support our Federal DOD/INTEL customer.

Serve as an experienced leader on a Capture Team to drive growth through our Federal DOD/INTEL Division. Act as Business Development, Capture, and Growth Lead to focus on an upcoming opportunities within the Federal Market (Dept of Education, Dept of Transportation, NRC, DOE, FDIC, PTO, Software Engineering, Cyber Security). Maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities being released over the next five years. Support proposal and pricing efforts for new business opportunities. Provide future year market assessments based on technological development, economic pressures, funding levels, and competition. Maintain relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities. Recommend the development and implementation of new services based on new opportunities and market assessment. Work with senior leadership to develop and maintain relationships across the breadth of Federal and Civilian Markets to increase market share and build on existing revenue and business.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Foster account management sales strategy across the Federal DOD/INTEL Division. Grow Accounts within Federal DOD/INTEL agencies Develop and grow accounts in Cyber Security, SW Development, and IT support. Create an manage a robust pipeline of opportunities. Lead sales strategy for growth and large scale sales and capture. Including new customer acquisition strategies, prioritize investments, bid and proposal support B&P, and attendance in trade shows and other marketing activities. Implement methodologies and tools to assist in the growth of new business and and strategic selling opportunities. Develop and manage teaming relationships with other Federal DOD/INTEL Companies - work with Small Businesses to support specific SB opportunities. Work in partnership with other BD, Capture, Proposal Staff to grow the Federal DOD/INTEL Division and Fulcrum Follow established Capture and Proposal processes - support the proposal effort on opportunities that you have identified and captured. Work as a member of the Team in supporting identification, capture and proposal support of re-competes and new efforts. Teaming partner selection and Service Line resourcing and assignment Win strategy development, Price-to-win identification and Proposal process from incept to delivery
Seven years of experience with government or complex system strategy and/or business development
Five years of experience in working with the DOD/INTEL market in a BD, Capture, PM, or technical role
Five years of experience with working with Federal Government Agencies with BD processes, including capture, proposal, client and industry development, competitive bidding, or new business development
Experienced in supporting and prosecuting the capture and proposal processes
Temperament to work in a dynamic and consistently shifting environment
Experience with leading $5M Annual Systems Delivery Jobs in Federal
Knowledge of Federal acquisition functions
Established base of client and industry relationships in the Federal Marketplace
Ability to display functional or technical expertise in one or more DoD lines of business or major IT systems and programs
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability in Winning complex government programs
Capture methodology training (examples) and Miller Heiman, Shipley, SM A or other
Must have strong Sales process and sales Skills and experience
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field and seven to ten years of experience.
Must have ACTIVE TOP Secret clearance, with ability to OBTAIN TS/SCI
