General Scope of the Position: Responsible for the commercial business development for the Timing Belt and Seamless Product lines, ensuring that current and future specific customer needs are addressed on a strategic level and covered by a specific product and service portfolio to support growth and profitability of the product lines. Responsibilities: \u00a7Be a spokesman of HabaSYNC and Grabber Belts (or any other similar product later added) in Habasit Group. The voice of the market to the internal part of the company. \u00a7Responsible for translation of the Company\u2019s strategic goals into operational objectives for the team. \u00a7Provides support in implementation of the commercial strategy and business plans. \u00a7Identify and seize new business opportunities utilizing Habasit technology to create innovative solutions. \u00a7Evaluate the competitive landscape and recommend initiatives to differentiate and create advantage for Habasit. \u00a7Partner to the respective functions of the Product Division. Collaborate with them to ensure progress in the development of customer \/ product applications is achieved. \u00a7Be active at the industry and OEMs organizations (like CEMA) \u00a7Able to capitalize on regional developments and expand them on a global basis. Provide marketing support teams with information to be shared internally and in the market. \u00a7Provide sales support for new and developmental customers when required. \u00a7Support competence and knowledge development by providing training packages and expert trainers. Ensure that the proper training program is developed and implemented in the Regions. \u00a7Organize regular follow up meetings and at least once a year with all members of extended team (local resources involved). Demonstrates business acumen, analytical thinking, strategic planning, leadership, and excellent communication, negotiation and networking competencies. Education & Experience: \u00a7Higher education in engineering and\/or business administration. \u00a7Knowledge of belting business, timing belt business preferred. \u00a7Competence in commercial business development. At least 10 years of experience in an international B2B environment Competencies: To be successful in this role, a candidate needs to possess very strong commercial and leadership skills, and the ability to closely collaborate and influence teams and individuals from diverse cultures and experiences.
