Summary The Marketing Business Analyst will lead quantitative market analysis.  Assist with increasing market share, marketing new service lines, business development planning and evaluating growth prospects.  Support effective relationships with professional constituents.  Essential Job Functions Research market data and industry trends. Evaluate market data to drive performance and help Eversight in new service and product decision-making and implementation. Evaluate opportunities and successfully develop strategies to increase market share across service areas. Track and forecast surgeon placement trends. Collaborate and share market intelligence with operations, marketing and innovations leaders to drive service line development that ensures competitive advantage. Collaborate with Eversight’s Marketing Communications Department to develop content and materials to educate professional constituents and promote Eversight services. Support activities necessary for positive relationships and partnerships with professional constituents and organization, including surgeons, researchers, surgical centers, hospitals, coroners and funeral directors. Develop and facilitate reports for donor hospital activities, surgeon activity, and postmortem care. Facilitate and manage donor hospital and surgery center contractual agreements. Manage the remote electronic medical record process. Perform other duties as assigned.     Background Required Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Development or related degree with a heavy emphasis on data analysis. Healthcare experience is a plus.  Minimum of three years of related experience.  Microsoft Excel and Access experience. Ability to develop strong relationships and build valued and trusted partnerships is critical to success in this position.  Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and independently define priorities base on organization goals and objectives. Ability to analyze data to determine actions and achieve expected outcomes.  Strong intellectual curiosity and affinity for numbers.  Attention to details.  Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with people inside and outside of the organization, is essential, as is the ability to work effectively as a member of the team.  Valid driver’s license required. Organizational Relationship Position reports to VP, Partner Relations
