You will be a key member of the Sales function driving strategic, enterprise-wide sales initiatives to an account mix of existing enterprise clients and new logo opportunities. Essential Functions and DutiesThe following duties and responsibilities reflect the essential functions for this position but do not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. Management may assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time based on business needs. To be successful in this position, the Head of Sales must proficiently:Identify and manage new business opportunities within the Energy Industry. market Ongoing development of sales team which includes recruiting, hiring and training new reps on the Salesforce sales process.Establish and complete achievable but challenging short, medium and long term goals designed to promote and increase Aquilon's market penetration in the assigned area of responsibilityReports on sales activity and forecast to senior sales management.Represent Aquilon in a professional manner for the specific purpose of generating sales and executing strategiesEstablish and\/or enhance customer relationships, at the highest management levelProvide responsive assistance to Aquilon's clients in the Oil & Gas marketTracks and reports trends, business conditions and account status, which will affect future sales.Resolves customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner that will create goodwill and future sales.Identifies business opportunities for Aquilon, executes proposals and follows through to make the sale.Provide accurate and timely input for monthly, quarterly, and annual forecastingPrepares and presents professional sales presentations.Controls expenditures.Required
