The Business Developer is responsible for the branches sales effort including, but not limited to planning, budgeting, lead identification, estimating assistance, proposal presentations, establishing long term client relationships and can close deals.
The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience in the Construction/Landscape industry with a strong record of accomplishment in commercial sales. Candidate needs to be organized, confident, and comfortable with clients in social settings.
